Services: Techgen Digital System will provide software development and digital solutions, including but not limited to coding, testing, deployment, and consulting services, as agreed upon in a separate service agreement.
Data Handling: Techgen Digital System will handle client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Client data will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise specified in writing, Techgen Digital System retains intellectual property rights for all code, software, and materials developed during the course of providing services.
Security Measures: Techgen Digital System will implement reasonable security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Data Ownership: The client retains ownership of their data. Techgen Digital System has a limited license to use the data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
Compliance with Laws: Techgen Digital System will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to software development and data protection.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may impact project timelines.
Changes to Terms: Techgen Digital System reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
Limitation of Liability: Techgen Digital System will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of the services.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments will become immediately due.
